Characteristics of my handmade jewellery

Please note that due to the handmade nature of my pieces, they may feature slight imperfections and inconsistencies. These in no way affect the functionality of the pieces – I believe they add to their character! I only list items I would be happy to wear myself.

Colours

Please note that due to variations in some computer/phone screens and monitors, there may be slight variations in colour. Every attempt has been made to represent the product and colours as accurately as possible.

Shipping

Please allow up to 3-5 working days to process your order. Custom orders may take longer. Domestic orders will be sent (from postcode 2251) via Australia Post with tracking, we offer flat rate shipping of $8 and you will be notified either by email or text message when your parcel is on its way. An express shipping upgrade can be purchased at checkout, but please be aware this only makes the postage itself express and does not fast track your order to the top of the list.

You can track your package through the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/  and app.

International shipping rates vary depending on what zone you’re in. Please see below. You have the option of upgrading to tracked international shipping which is highly recommended. I have no control over various countries customs fees and taxes.

Can you combine orders?

If you make multiple orders please email me with your order number at info@heidihelyard.com and your subsequent order/s shipping will be refunded within 48 hours. Please be aware that orders sometimes get shipped the same or next day so I need to be alerted ASAP about combined orders.

Returns / Exchanges

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of minds on earrings. However, if there are any issues on receipt of your item please contact me as soon as possible at info@heidihelyard.com

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, I do! Please contact me via the website contact page, info@heidihelyard.com or message me over at Instagram and I can let you know my current turnaround time.

Care instructions

Please note that most pieces, especially the longer/thinner components, are  fragile – please do not bend or drop them! Please keep your pieces dry. Note that trinket dishes are not food safe and should not be immersed in water. All pieces can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

What material are your posts/hooks/hoops?

All my silver coloured findings are hypoallergenic surgical grade stainless steel. They are perfect for sensitive ears. I also offer clip-on backs that can be added to most of my earrings.
